We cannot rave enough about the standout customer service and quality of Harry's Carpet One. They were exceptional from start to finish. Everyone on staff were experts. They were able to answer our detailed questions and walk us through our choices. They were delightfully prompt and courteous. Even when we had delays on our end because of renovation time lags, they went above and beyond to deliver. The installation was exquisitely done and has gotten many compliments from family members. The whole organization is very professional. Brian worked with us over the course of a number of months to find the just the right replacement for our office carpeting. He was very responsive to questions, exact in his measurements and design and his installation crew worked with us to have the install done around the office still needing to be open.
